The female owner of a kitten who lives in Prince Albert Saskatchewan took her auto for an oil change at a Lakeland Hyundai auto dealership on Friday when she heard a strange noise inside of her auto.
Kianna Daniels who is a service adviser at the auto shop opened the hood of the auto where she saw the kitten with a paw stuck on the engine.
Kianna and a fellow employee managed to get the kitten out of the engine and take it to a veterinarian to be treated for a paw injury.
The kitten whose gender was not reveled will have a home with an employee of the auto dealership since the kitten did not belong to the owner.

@RebeccasFarm I think that cats get underneath autos to get away from the heat and cold.

@Deepizzaguy That was kind of someone to give the kitty a home.

I am in agreement with you that the rescue of the kitten as well as the kitten finding a new home was fantastic as well.

I have known my fair share of people who were also adopted by kittens that way.

My relatives have adopted a few kittens who are strays outside of the home from time to time.

@Deepizzaguy At least four of my classmates own horse farms. My Henry was born to one of their feral barn cats and was a feral barn kitten for seven months until he found me wandering around in the barn on day, and decided I should take him home.

So am I since the kitten deserves a home after he was rescued by the mechanics inside the auto shop.

The cat was lucky it stayed in the engine and did not jump out during the journey, as it might have been squished on the wheels. Some cats, in the engine of a parked car, will jump out in fright when the car takes off, and that is often curtains for the poor cat.

@innertalks I know what you mean since in my neighborhood my relatives have seen stray cats that have been killed by motorists who drive on the road when the cat runs away toward an empty home across the street.
