We've all heard it about with bacon. It's true of corned beef hash as well. Fortunately, my beer belly hangs down like a uvula and was able to protect more important body parts. I bought some hash and eggs the other day. I always keep eggs around, but I tend to rotate my "other" breakfast foods. Bacon, hash, or, most recently, ham. This morning I poked a "volcano hole" in my hash mountain and put an egg in there. The yolk didn't break, so I kept it sunny side up. It was really good. What did you have for breakfast today? Do you tend to wear clothes when you cook? Have you ever been splattered?
