Another month draws to a close. Good bye September, we hardly knew ye.
..at least it seems that way. Why does time move so much faster when we are old than it does when we were young? Anyway, a stay at home day today filled with exciting things like laundry,yard work and housework...Are you lovin it yet? I most certainly am not.
Last night my motion detector security lights came on. I shut the windows in the bedroom. I always assume it is a deer, but one never knows...could be a bear, and one time I distinctly heard a bobcat from the bedroom. With that near by tree that could be a potential springboard not taking any chances. What's new with you today?

@Gilljane I sent my dad a pop up card for his bday from Amazon, and the music didn't work. Also, I think it was supposed to light up...

Yes, it was especially slow when you were young when you were waiting for something to happen like school to end, your birthday or a trip.

I looked outside and didn't see anything. Whatever it was just passed through I think. It is usually a deer, but maybe even raccoons can trigger it, not sure.

Nothing much new. We are celebrating our Anniversary today by having some Chinese (it's October 3). Don't know what we will do on the actual day.
