Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Ham, cheesy potatoes, mixed veggies, fruit cocktail, roll
Dessert/Snack - Donut and decaf coffee
Dinner - Turkey/muenster sandwich and potato salad

We didn't buy any tickets. Unless hubs picks some up today. Hubs came home with some.

Good morning.
Yesterday I had:-
Breakfast - Alpen with blueberries on top and strawberries on the side.
Lunch - Prawn layered salad.
Dinner - Sweet and Sour Quorn ready meal.

We have been eating oddly of late. I can tell you I had Cheerios for breakfast this morning, and a very late lunch of ham and beans with a banana on the side. We had Bolthouse Farms Mocha Cappucino protein drink and some Voortmans peanut butter wafer cookies for our last meal of today while we ran errands.

@RasmaSandra Nope. Didn't win either PowerBall or Classic Lotto. I've been playing the Classic Lotto (same numbers) since 1989. The cash option is up to $2.6 million. The PowerBall jackpot is now up to $1.0 billion.

A hot mulled apple cider sounds very good.
Your food sounds good.
Breakfast - Bran Buds cereal and banana. Lunch was eggs with fried potatoes and onion with mushrooms, and grapes. Dinner was with my friend down the hall. Sloppy joes and potato salad from the deli. Snack - Ezekiel bread raisin bread with honey. I stayed well within my calorie budget.
