A Visit to the Park

I woke up this morning to the telephone ringing with my daughter in law on the line saying she, my son and the baby girl would be at my apartment in about an hour. I had to rush to get showered, dressed and grabbed a bite to eat.
My hair was a little damp but I was ready when they got here. We drove on to the park. My son played with baby girl on the playground while my daughter in law and I walked the trail. We all had a good visit. We set in the shade awhile and chatted My son had to get home to watch the ball game so they let me out at my door and headed for home. I hope you guys had a good day.
