Getting Off The Computer Always Sounds Easier Than It Is

Happy Tuesday Everyone! weather-wise today is a repeat of yesterday. A beautiful sunny warm day. I'm loving it.
Even though I had a good nights sleep I pretty much had to drag myself out of bed this morning. Two cups of coffee and I'm ready to get this day started.
First I have to close my laptop and get off-line. I just keep telling myself just one more minute and here it is probably more than a half hour later.
My stomach is growling and wants to eat so I can't procrastinate much longer.
I don't have anything specific planned for today but there's always something to do and I should return a phone call from my friend but I don't know if I want to be tied up for a marathon call. She is never one to just have a quick chat so I have to earmark time for at least an hour.
Tonight is girls night and my oldest daughter is coming over. They moved our favorite show (Big Brother) to Tuesday night so we'll watch that and probably have a lot to say about what's happening. Reality tv is one of my guilty pleasures.

That’s true! All you need to do to find a rabbit hole is say, “Well, I guess I’ll get off the computer now.” I did that last night with John Wesley Hardin.

In my mind, I know that it is a lot of years, but in my heart, if feels like much less.
Our son and his wife got married in 2017, the year that we celebrated 30 years.
When 40 rolls around, they will celebrate 10, and we hope to have a big celebration with our extended family.

I hope you enjoyed your girl's night, I keep walking past my couch and looking with longing at my video player. It has been along time since I just sat back and watched videos I enjoy. However, once I pass by and get to my workroom and on my PC that is it until it is time to get to bed and read, I keep saying one of these days,

Reality TV is one of my guilty pleasures too. I'm following 90 Day Fiance and Below Deck these days. Married at First Sight is starting a new season tonight; and I will be recording that. Hope you had a good girls night. Have a great day.
