I just read an article listing the 25 most scary movies. Out of those I have seen 11 Here's the list. How many have you seen? 1. Host (2020) 2. Sinister (2012) 3. Insidious (2010) I saw #4 and it was pretty good. May watch some others of this series. 4. The Conjuring (2013) Okay. 5. Hereditary (2018) 6. Terrified (2017) 7. It Follows (2014) 8. DASHCAM (2021) 9. A Quiet Place Part II (2021) 10. Paranormal Activity (2007) I thought these were all stupid. 11. The Conjuring (2016) Thought this was too. 12. The Babadook (2014) 13. The Decent (2005) This one was really good. Very scary. 14. Hush (2016) 15. The Autopsy of Jane Doe 16. A Quiet Place (2018) 17. The Ring (2002) Interesting but not that scary. 18. A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) Classic but I didn't like it. 19. Halloween (1978)Classic but I didn't like it. 20. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1978)Stupid now that I think back. 21. REC (2007) As far as I could tell this is just a heartbeat. 22. It (2017) is the scary one with the clown. 23. The Exorcist (1973) My girlfriend that I went with would get up and have to go to the bathroom whenever a scary part was coming. 24. 28 Days Later (2002) 25. Oculus (2013) I've seen 11 of these. Have you seen any of them? I plan on seeing some new, never-before-seen ones this time around.

I have seen most of them but I am sure I have not seen the Decent. I love Michael Myers and Jamie Lee even if Halloween is kind of stupid. Conjuring love it. Insidious love it too.

Decent was a true horror for me since I have an aversion to close spaces. I liked the wat Conjuring was set up. Insidious 4 had a good storyline. I get so sick of the group of dumb kids they seem to have in so many.

I saw the Babadook, all of the Nightmare on Elm Streets, Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, IT and saw part of the Conjuring. I never wanted to see the Exorcist. I did see Rosemary's Baby.

The Exorcist was the scariest movie I’ve seen, also Bates Motel-was almost as scary.

Just Nightmare on Elm Street and the whole Halloween series.. 1, 2, 4, & 5. In fact, they just had it on earlier on AMC. AMC always does the Halloween/Michael Myers Marathon every year around Halloween ..maybe even this weekend

I've seen 9 of them. I tend to prefer thrillers rather than horror or really scary pictures. I don't like jumping up every 5 minutes. Have a good weekend.

@celticeagle I can't watch them at all. My oldest girl just loves scary movies and they don't bother her at all.

There is also Friday 13th. I walked out out of the cinema during the Exorcist. Halloween didn't scare me
