Stumbling to the pool. / myLot

It is now late afternoon, and I am going to go to the pool. It's still in the 90s F here, and a dip would be refreshing. I will bring a book with me by P.G. Wodehouse. My luthier friend at Guitar Center loaned it to me. How has your Saturday been?

For some reason I don't quite understand, the title to your post caught my eye and the Dolly Parton song, 9 to 5, came to mind, Only she stumbled to the kitchen for her cup of ambition...and you stumbled to the pool!

It was 98 here, nice and toasty but love this time of year because so clear. It is not as bad either because days getting so short already. Everything looks gorgeous out. Would have been a great beach day. Have fun at the pool.

It was in the fifties this morning but in the sixties later. It’s too cool for swimming here. I haven’t read anything about Jeeves in a long time. Reminds me to look for him at the library.

I spent more time out at the stores than I intended, so I am disappointed in that. I am working on my aches and pains, sure wish I had a pool real handy.
