It has been a mixed day for me I was sick after getting the carer's boss phone call I hope tomorrow will be better This is my last post I am tired

Your granddaughter is adorable. I hope that you can unwind and rest and feel better for tomorrow. Today the heel spur on my left angle protrudes so far that my hubby noticed it from across the room. It aches.

I can still remember when I had a lot of energy. I used to jog 7.5 miles(one way) on the greenbelt, come home and get ready for a full evening at work. Those were the days.
