Although it is not so cold anymore, I think that I will try to sleep early today. Anita changed her day´s work so I have not much to do tomorrow. If I have chicken thighs I´ll cook chicken and serve it with cooked potatoes with butter. I have a chicken recipe in which you only have to put a few ingredients in a pot and let it slowly simmer. It is delicious. Tomorrow, for dessert, I will make a fruit salad. I have a ripe pear, a banana and a delicious pineapple that I bought myself a few days ago. See you tomorrow, friends.
