Pancakes for supper tonight

I have been wanting to make pancakes for supper ever since the temps have started to cool. I am going to make a hybrid pancake flour and almond flour version. Do you ever make pancakes for supper? I make them the most when it is cool or cold outside. I have lots of eggs, so I will make an egg to go along with them.

@snowy22315 I made some chocolate gf cookies one time with almond and coconut flours and they tasted like almond joy candy bars!

I love them. I don't make them alot though. I might get some this weekend though...as one of the restaurants here makes amazing versions. I had tiramsu one time, and might try the pumpkin spice on Sunday.
