I am just kidding. I had baked another dessert and it is called "Cloud Cake." It was an easy one because you just need to some eggs and white sugar. Guess what? I also steamed it. It looks like a pacman because I tasted two slices of it. It does melts in my mouth while munching them. Are you a sweet tooth?

I decided to try to learn baking because I wanted my young niece to have dessert after eating her packed lunch at school. I also have some to nourish my craving for sweets.

@Shavkat We always have a very light dinner, this is why I serve a dessert in the evening.

@LadyDuck I also do the same thing. The rest of the family can eat heavy or not during dinner time. The dessert is only intended for family members who want it, especially my young niece.

@Shavkat Cakes are best baked Since you like cooking it is good if you got an oven We have a cooking range that has 4 burners and an oven.

Actually. I do not have an oven. I was testing my baking ability to see if I could do it. If I can bake them through steaming, I am planning to invest in an oven soon.

Is it different from "leche flan"? It looks quite similar with this picture.

@Shavkat Oh like a chiffon with leche flan? I need to taste it to know. Can you send me some?

The caramel part of the leche is the same, but it is not the main core of this cake. It is a bit fluffy when you bite it.

I agree. It looks cute, and it melts down once you eat something sweet.

Yup! I love sweets and cake or cinnamon rolls are my favorites! I think you may have done a little more than "taste" your cake.

You are so right. I am trying to be modest in claiming it. Cinnamon is what my niece loves.
