Since I am not going to have my classes in the morning, I managed to cook a new menu for the day, and that is "Chinese Red Braised Eggplants." I just need some eggplants, long hot finger peppers, cornstarch, and condiments. I cannot wait to eat it later for lunch with the immediate family. Having it will go down memory lane for working in China before. After posting this, I will sleep for two hours and go to my niece's school to pick her up. Do you like eating Chinese food?

@Shavkat it sounds good. I haven’t cooked any egg plant in awhile. I suppose because I haven’t seen them in grocery stores.

I love Chinese food, but this one doesn't seem like it would be one for me. Probably the long hot finger peppers because I do like eggplant.

I love eggplants. I eat them quite often, sometimes with minced pork, sometimes stuffed with fish paste.

I love Chinese food but nothing too spicy, I also like eggplants so this does sound interesting as long as not too many peppers are added,

I also don't like spicy meals. I soaked them in water for about 10 minutes before adding the fillings.
