I am waiting for my lunch: mushrooms in the oven.

I bought yesterday some mushrooms (champignons de Paris), took out the head , turned it over and filled it with blue cheese and butter. There they are, in the oven, cooking, baking, warming, whatever. They taste like heaven. Sometimes I do this as appetizers when Humberto comes as he loves them. But he is not polite in my house. He tricks me with a glass of wine and goes to the oven to take most of them hor himself. I bet he did not behave that way with his fellow sailors. But I´m family. This goes in every way. I don´t think that he will go to any invite except at my home and at their daughters´ He has to rest. Dixie scolds him when he eats more than his share but I´m happy. Friends, the mushrooms must be ready. There I go. See you.
