30 October - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good afternoon from a sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. I always have much to be thankful for. Today is no exception. I'm thankful I got up when I did this morning. I had just enough time to get the Bible study done before it was time for me to get ready to leave. I'm thankful I went out early to scrape the windshield of the car. Frost last night. I'm thankful everything went well with the eye surgery this morning. This time, I waited for the doctor to arrive. Being the first one in the morning was interesting. I'm thankful I got back to the apartment complex without trouble. The sun was in my eyes most of the way home. I'm thankful for the exercise class this morning. I did eight miles on the bike while they worked out to the longer tape. I now have all my steps too. I'm thankful I called maintenance this morning to change the lightbulbs in my ceiling fan. If you have the bulbs, they change it for free. Otherwise, they charge for the bulbs. It's cheaper for me to buy them. The maintenance man was just here to change the bulbs. I have light in the apartment again. I'm thankful I was here with you today. I finished the notifications twice. It's always good to know what's happening in your world. I'm thankful I finished the cheesy potato, broccoli, and onion soup. It was very good. It's time now to make chili. I only need the ingredients. Okay, that's my day. What are you thankful for today?
