This time next week it won’t be this time next week. 
It figures: when we need “more time in the evening” is when the clocks get flipped back. Hope y’all enjoy those 4:30 sunsets for the next three months. 
It’s cold, so I made a cat house. That’s a little Reflectix, a little duct tape, a little straw, and a couple of plastic storage bins. Hope one (or more) of the neighborhood strays will enjoy it this winter.
While I’m not enjoying the cold I am celebrating the end of pollen season!!!! 
It also bids adieu to the mosquitoes.
I’m definitely enjoying the World Series. The League Championship Series games in both leagues were amazing, and game one of the World Series was great as well. I really don’t have a preference, although I would lean toward the Texas Rangers because of that phenomenal series they played in 2011, losing in seven to the St. Louis Cardinals. A Rangers World Series would make Bruce Bochy the third manager to win a World Series in both leagues, after Sparky Anderson and Tony La Russa.
The hard work is done, so I’m going to go soak my aching back. Y’all have a great evening!!

HAHA. So cute that you think its winter everywhere. IT was in the eighties at six pm when we were still in town. It's still sixty four outside right now. And I got bit by a mosquito yesterday.

I did, but it didn’t help much. Meanwhile, I’ll just keep to the physical therapy exercises (which are helping).

Once the clocks get setback, and we return to natural time (instead of man-made time), when my eyes and circadian rhythm feel better, I relax again. I cannot wait to not have to endure so much sunlight.

I understand why they used to do it, but those reasons are obsolete. I did enjoy not having to fool with those things when I lived in Hawaii.

As you know, I hate the cold, the s**w and the shorter days. I may start my countdown to spring early this year. That was so nice of you to make a cat house. I hope pollen season is over for you now. I hope your back is better. Have a good rest of your day!!!

Thanks, I am enjoying it. It’s not the prettiest thing in the world (the cat house) but it’ll hopefully serve the purpose.

I hope those stray cats appreciate the cat house you made for them.
Yes, it's cold here and nope I' not looking forward to the time change and it getting dark so early. I think I hate that more than snow

I live in an area that’s just on the eastern/central time zone line (the next county over to the west is central time), so it gets dark fairly late here. However, Nashville and eastern Alabama and Tennessee, both east of me geographically, are on central time so they’re “enjoying” 4:30 sunsets in the winter.

My friend, thank you for loving on the neighborhood kitties I hope that they use it,
I have no preference for the world series. I got disappointed family members who were hoping the Phillies would have made it. The pains of being a Philly sports fan goes on.
