Digital coupons, pickup and delivery

The store chain I use puts up new digital coupons on Wednesday.
Here is my complaint:
It is not groceries, for the most part, that have coupons, but hygiene products and/or laundry or pet products.
That, and the best deals are for people who do pick-up and delivery.
There is no one that delivers where I live.
Pick up is still not for me. I want to select my own groceries.
At this rate I may as well just go to the nearby dollar stores to shop. They really are not cheap, either but might have items for a little less.
I just finished going through the digital coupons on my computer.

These are tied to my loyalty card. I used to get some good ones.

We can't get delivery in my city, either... and we prefer going into the stores and selecting our own groceries.

I am pretty sure they would not deliver where I live, as the closest one is thirty miles. The do deliver closer to their stores. It is Kroger I am referring to in this case.

The coupon sites used to mail out the coupons, then that changed to having to print them out yourself which in turn changed to downloading them on your smart phone... and as you said, mostly for products not needed or used. And the ones that still come with the weekly flyers are for things like sidewalk repair or roofing.

Some people at this chain still get them in the mail. I have seen them. I suppose I should ask customer service about it. Yep. mostly not things I need.

I like using rebates better than coupons. My main grocery store has you sign up in advance for digital coupons online. They have some pretty good rebates for buying certain products too.

Sometimes there are some good deals. I will get eggs for 99 cents per dozen, but they used to have a lot more.

Ever since the pandemia began, I started to shop my groceries online. And very soon I discovered that I would have to stop buying some veggies that I love. After 2 or 3 times of buying chard and picking it up from the bag only to throw it into the garbage can, I said that chard and spinach would not be in my diet unless I went to the supermarket myself.

I like that meme on Facebook that says something along the lines of, “Hey, we already have 80” TVs. How about a Black Friday sale on groceries, gas, and utilities?”

I never cut out coupons anymore because my husband refuses to use them. We do most of our shopping at Walmart; and they don't have digital coupons. I usually put an order together online; and my husband picks it up. I'm sorry that they don't have enough grocery coupons where you shop. Have a good day.
