After Catalina´s deadly accident, we decided with Dixie that they would not come for lunch today. Dixie has to be with Camila, Carla and Violeta (Camila´s daughter who also lived with Catalina at the same house). I had not taken out the trout so that is frozen and will keep until they come. But I had cooked some spinach to make a creamed spinach with grated Parmesan cheese as a side. I suppose that I will have to freeze part of it and use it for a soup as spinach does not freeze too well. I also have a lot of shredded cabbage and carrot done by Anita. I think that that will keep because it is too much to be eaten by me although I love coleslaw. Or maybe I will eat today all the spinach with a tiny potato on the side. Today I was so sad that my breakfast was small buns with butter and honey. I needed something sweet. I will now check my notifications. The internet has been weird, I don´t know if it has to do with the electric storm in the near mountains. See you.
