We got up for church. I made us a chocolate/strawberry yogurt smoothy.
We are doing the yogurt, and other probiotic things because he is on an antibiotic again. It is a preventative because the procedure tomorrow is invasive.
It does not seem like November at all. The sun is shining outside. I think I will go out and do a few things and get some late afternoon sun. I tried for a nap, and got fifteen minutes of one.
I will make some banana bread for us to have for a fast breakfast tomorrow morning. We will be gone all day.
This does remind me that I have to go write down the name of the antibiotic for when they ask what he is taking. There is always something that needs to be done.

I'm sorry that your husband's procedure is going to be invasive. I hope the antibiotics and probiotics are helpful in that regard.

I keep a list of all my medications and the dosages in my phone so I don't have to remember them... there are too many to remember now.
I hope Bob's procedure tomorrow helps and nothing goes wrong. Good luck to him!

I didn’t know antibiotics were required so often as preventative measures until my dad went to the dentist, and he had to take antibiotics due to having had a knee replacement.
I certainly hope you and Bob’s day tomorrow goes smoothly.

I hope Bob's procedure goes well. Keep us posted please. I will take this November weather. It will be in the 50s and 60s all week. It could stay like that all winter! Hope you and Bob have a good week.
