Trump Has Reached An Entirely New Level of Depravity

Trump has been a real joke to me ever since I first saw his boasting interviews with Barbara Walters so many years ago. I can remember shaking my head at how self-involved and narcissistic he was. He was a joke! Then he actually made it into office. His lack of caring for our country was obvious. Then January 6th and things just got worse and worse. He undermines free and fair elections and right now is actually hurting himself by trying to bring down the justice system which will only take away his 6th Amendment rights. How awful to hear about his trying to brainwash America in the news. His thought on the First Amendment is that he should be able to say anything he wants as long as no one gets killed. Say what?! Trump(the Putz as I call him) has moved to a whole new level of depravity. He now admits that when he is in office he will have those against him put into camps. He wants huge (concentration) camps built and Muslims rounded up and housed there. He also wants all immigrants, whether illegally in the country or not, housed there as well. Before a law Texans have in the works even makes it into law he wants to have law enforcement(before they have even been trained correctly) be out rounding up Muslims and immigrants, taking them into custody, and housing them in these camps he wants to be built. I have seen on Facebook where people I like and thought really had some sense have "Trump in 2024" on their sites. It is scary to think. I hope you people will get out and vote in November 2024 and that you think again before voting for the Putz. He has no right to be back in office. He is a fascist and wants to take our democracy away. He wants to rule this country and not follow democracy. It could mean our lives, the ones we are enjoying now, the freedoms and choices we have now will be gone. And we will no longer be able to speak out about the injustices or we too will be put in those camps. Is that the life we want? I am afraid. Very afraid. The image is from The New York Times.

I simply can not understand why anyone would want to vote for Trump at this point..let alone something like 40 percent of the electorate. I don't recognize this country anymore. I really don't. Values and common sense seem. to have gone out the window

I so agree. But in this coming election, we have to vote for democracy and not worry about who it is. Democracy wins out . It's that important this time around.

Personally, I think anyone who says anything contrary to the US Constitution as a candidate (you know, like violating freedoms of religion and speech) should be immediately disqualified from running. I know there are some states that have filed a motion to keep him off the ballot because of his insurrection activities. There are people who literally think he’s the messiah. That’s terrifying as well.
Yes, there is a parallel between Trump and Holy Week—but it’s not what MAGA thinks, writes Rev. Nathan Empsall.

I totally agree. I think they are too forgiving and that they really need to come down on this guy. A profit years ago said that a man would come on the scene that wears blue will try to make us think he is the next coming......... and I think that prophecy was about the Putz.

Some states are trying to get him thrown off the ballot. I hope it is successful.

The horror to me is that Trump's being president made nasty folks think whatever evil they wanted to do, could be done. KKK? Got a Nasty in Chief so that nightmare would be fine to engage in. And on we go. I detest wondering if I am safe when I go outside. I detest questioning those around me when I go to the pool. Just worried and horrified.

I am horrified as well. I hope you are safe. You never know when or where one of his crazies will pop up and start killing people for no reason. And, if he gets charged in these court cases he has going they will be out in full force and mad. I hope you will be voting.

The more I read and hear, the scarier it gets. One of the big things that upsets me, besides the things you mentioned as well as some others, is that so many people who profess to be die-hard Christians support this cretin. If you support him, there is no way you follow Christianity. That makes no sense at all. He lost me years ago, with the ''grab 'em by the ***** and making fun of the handicapped reporter. That should have been the end of it, right there.

Should have been you are right. He has done so many awful things it would take so long to list it all here. I am so glad you see him for who he is.

@celticeagle Like you, I see people supporting him that I thought were smart. Oh, and Christians, too. They are not. It's not hard to see that he wants to be a dictator and will stop at nothing to attain that goal.
