Friday Morning Brief

Good morning from a cool Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Our expected high today is 37 F and sunny.
It's Friday, y'all. When I woke up this morning, my mind went through the process of determining what day it was again. I thought I thought it was Saturday until I landed on the correct day. Friday.
Okay, now that we got that straight, what's the plan for today?
Today will be another light day. It's also payday and I want to get some shopping done. I went online to find out where I could find the clear command hooks I want so I can start decorating my door.
I will also work on Wilderness Challenge as I close in on the end of the edit and revision. One hundred pages to go. It won't take long. I might even get it done today. We'll see. There's also an exercise class this morning.

I'll just be sharing the TV with hubby once I'm done here. I can't wait for my new TV to come in. Have a wonderful weekend.

Well, it is almost over at this point. It was a long day. I went to Manassas about an hour and a half away for a mystery shop. I also did some personal shopping, so when I was heading home it was raining and starting to get dark. It took more like 2.5 hours to get home and it was a tough ride..with my brakes and tires not in the greatest shape. I was really concerned about hydroplaning. Anyway, finally back home safe and sound. Time to chill for sure!

Sorry, it's what nature handed me. I'm hoping for more, but they aren't giving me healthy totals for tonight. Two-tenths of an inch, so nothing to write home about and even less to take a picture of.

The day is quiet and uneventful and may be a day of rest for my legs, but I have not decided yet. It's 46°F, and there is rain in the forecast, so my knees prefer to stay seated.

@Chellezhere You did well. I have my steps for the day. Two rounds of each floor. I didn't walk in the underground garage. Someone broke the garage door and it's really cold down there.

@just4him Thank you. I am glad you like my new do. I noticed the property manager here earlier than usual (for a Friday) and went to talk to her. She was with another tenant, so I walked until they finished and managed to get 1.3 miles (including two floors) in before they finished.

I don’t know what was in the air, but three different neighbors decided to do loud things last night, so hopefully, I can get a nap today. I need to go to the pharmacy and then the post office later, but that shouldn’t take too long.
My Cowboys did win last night, Valerie. I think they heard you say you hoped my team won.

It's cold and rainy here today. My daughter left to go Christmas shopping with her friends so I have the day to myself.
Those Command hooks are the best. Payday and shopping sounds like a good day to me 
I had the mix up day yesterday and thought it was Friday instead of Thursday.

I've been having that a lot lately. That's why I remind everyone what day it is.
I'm sorry it's cold and rainy there. I'm sure your daughter will have fun Christmas shopping.
I ordered everything on Amazon. I need to talk to my son about the car. I'm hoping it only needs brake fluid, which I have. But my getting the hood up is not easy.
