Really Cold

Its 3am, and really cold. Turned the heat on and now back bed. I'll go back to sleep for a while. But decided to mylot for a few minutes. I went to church Sunday, and it was cold inside, and I caught a cold, yesterday I felt awful. Didn't get much done, hopefully today will be different. Well, I am getting sleepy, so hope to see you all later.

I know we all try to save money by using less heat, but you have to keep warm or you will not be able to function and you may get sick.

I fell asleep today maybe around 2AM in the early morning Asian Time . I had trouble in to sleeping because i have a toothache until now.

Getting infected with Cold when it is a very cold weather is awful.
Warm things likr Tea, Hot Water help but sometimes too much of them can be heavy on Stomach.
Plus our mobility too gets hindered.
