The cases against Trump grow stronger, and yet he's still out there, spewing venom and walking free. It is a statistical possibility that he could be "President of the United States" again.
I watched this video this morning, but I still don't feel safe. If Democracy fails in the US, could the same thing happen in Europe? Australia? And so on?
I am going to head to the gas station and get some petrol and smokes while gas prices are down Then I'll call Michael to taunt him a bit.

I hope we are all surprised and people actually get smart and don't vote for the Putz. I am hopeful until I start watching the race and see how it goes.

If democracy fails in the US I will take a handkerchief and tie up some things and attach that to a stick. Then drape it over my shoulder and find a way to thumb myself across the ocean back to Latvia, Even though as you say this can happen anywhere as in the song Dixie I would rather live and die in Riga Latvia.
