It's raining here in eastern NC, but not so cold. Just a good day to do a few chores and nap.
Dale recently got the RSV vaccine. He probably needed it anyway, but our doctor told him he needed it to protect me from getting the virus with my compromised immune system.
As far as I know, nothing bad is going on with the kids right now (there usually isn't, but life happens.)
Dale's good and although I still have issues, at least they're not Urgent Care worthy.
So, today isn't all that exciting, but I'll take boring and uneventful any day.
Hope your day is uneventfully comfortable.

@AmbiePam Dale always tries to make my birthday nice, but like you and I talked about, I'm often sick on my birthday. But this year I felt really good and the dinner out was really nice.

We are so very blessed to live in times where these preventative vaccinations are an option for many of us.
We are getting snow currently, I would take your rain any day over this mess that we have falling.
I love the card sent to you by your friend, Amber sent me a really adorable card with pop ups like that in it for Christmas, the twins just loved it.

@1creekgirl I know, neither form of precipitation are the greatest, but rain is better than snow.
Amber found her way into my heart, just by being her, about a decade ago.
I am very fortunate to be able to call her a dear friend.

It's a cold rainy day here in western NC too. They missed the snow and freezing rain part they have been harping on over the past 5 or so day. Would have enjoyed seeing some snow fall but it's not meant to be. God will let me see it when He is ready.
