Thanks to the concerns of an animal lover who witnessed a deer whose gender was not revealed who had his or her head trapped between the wooden supports of a railing in Georgetown Texas on Sunday daytime.
The Georgetown Fire Department firefighters used a spreading tool to push the supports apart so that the deer could be free and be with their relatives on the same day.

I wonder how in the world that could happen. I cannot imagine that deer purposely putting its head between the slats, I am glad he got saved,

Something must have caught that deers attention for him to stick his head through the fence. Glad they were able to get him out safely and he didn't hurt himself trying to get free.

It appears that the deer may have attracted to seeing another animal which caused the deer to get stuck in the wooden fence.

That's good, and they didn't have to damage the fence much either.
