Hope you are doing well,
It was another foggy morning, due to warmer temperatures, we almost got to 40 degrees to day which is unseasonably temperatures here for January. They are saying we could get into the 40’s on Saturday and Sunday.
I started watching an old season of Hell’s Kitchen. Man, I love that show. Everyone in there thinks they are the world’s greatest chef in the world, yet they make stupid mistakes all the time and Chef Ramsay freaks out on them.
It surprises me that after all the seasons the show has been on some of these contestants think Ramsay doesn’t see what’s going on in the kitchen. He sees so much more than they think, yet some of them want to say they didn’t do what he says they did.
I like watching Ramsay fly off the handle at them. All though I wonder if his blood pressure is through the roof. I do have a little respect for him, how goes from flipping out on someone, screaming and cursing someone and then can turn to someone else and not take it out on them too.
I suggest watching it of the entertainment value alone.

Here too days have started getting warmer all of a sudden, that is not usual for January. But now a days, weather don't behave on usual pattern.
Ramsay is my daughter's favourite. My elder one loves to see all these cooking contest shows, but she is not very fond of cooking. Younger one doesn't watch these shows but is a wonderful cook

I have never seen Hell's Kitchen, but my daughter loves the show and watches it. I wonder if Gordon is a completely different person off the camera? I know a lot of what happens in front of the cameras (on any reality show) is for drama, excitement and viewership, but often it's a completely different story when the cameras aren't rolling. I wonder if he's a caring person who takes the time to really develop and grow the chefs on his show?

@Bensen32 That’s great to hear that he shows a soft, caring side too.

I watched this programme once because I had heard a lot about Gordon Ramsey. I did not like the show and I found Ramsey to be very rude and nasty.

Gordon is really rough on those contestants, but proper food is a serious business. He does have a softer side to him when the competition is narrowed down to the final 2 though.
