Colony of bats chase out residents inside of a house in Georgia

What Savannah Georgia residents Isaiah and Monica Grant are going through by having to deal with a bunch of bats living inside of their home since January 18 of this year have had to leave their home and live with a neighbor since the end of January 31.
The exterminators have determined that the bats that have taken over the Grant home.
The Grant couple who live with two children who are two years of age and eight months have had rabies shots from the Coastal Health District.
The Grant family are trying to raise money via Go Fund Me so that they can find a new home to live.

Some animals will move closer to humans when their food diminishes. I wonder if this may be what is happening.

That is something to be chased out of your home by bats. I sure hope they find a new place to live soon,

That is terrible. I feel for them. How did things get that bad?
I remember when my son's house was damaged by a storm. It had a hole in the side and bats were flying around his living room. That freaked us out. We blocked the hole at night when the bats were all out. Someone came to fix it in a few days.
I hope some people can donate to the family's GoFundMe. They need lots of help.

Oh my goodness! I understand that rabies shots are very painful? How awful. And now they have to find another home to live in.

I am in agreement with you that it is odd for bats to live inside of a home since the home is usually a cave.

What a nightmare, maybe they left the back door open one night, as how could bats get into one's house, otherwise. It gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "Bats in your belfry."

I am in agreement with you that bats are not to be killed since we don't like them either.
