Miserable Saturday / myLot

Good morning mylot, I have to say I had one miserable day yesterday. I woke up with a crook in my neck. It was awful. No matter what I did for it, it would just not relax. I couldn't sleep Friday night, and all day Saturday I was into it. It left me with virtually no energy, the one good thing is I had cooked Saturdays dinner Friday so I didn't have that to do. Pouring rain here. I am feeling better, but just feel wiped out by the whole experience. Enjoy your day.

Have you ever made a "rice sock"? Fill an old sock with rice and sew it shut. Heat it in a microwave and use it on your neck. It really does help.

I hate days like that. I haven't had something like that in a good long time. I think I move around too much when I sleep to get something like that.

I am sorry that you had that kind of a day yesterday. I feel like that will be my day today. I started on medication yesterday and it kept me up for most of the night.
