I wanted to make something easy for dinner, friends. The heat takes away all of the little energy I have left. I had tortillas (the bigger ones) and put one to heat. I sliced cheese, got out of the fridge the half tomato I had since yesterday and added a slice of ham on some dry oregano. I folded it and turned it. The cheese was melted and the aroma was delicious. So here I am, I my room where the fan is, eating my quesadilla. Or should I call it taco as it has so many ingredients? I´t is fresh and it is filling. At my side I have a glass of water with lots of ice cubes. I hope they last a bit. Still, even if it is so warm even at this hour past sun down, I prefer it than winter. See you. Enjoy the rest of your day.
