How often do you check your SPAM folder?

I realized this morning that I had not checked my email SPAM folder in weeks, if not months.
Once in awhile a legitimate email makes it into my SPAM folder, perhaps from someone I had not communicated with in awhile.
This morning I saw mostly "You have been billed $500 for this or that" and supplications from Donald Trump and other Republicans.
But no emails from long lost friends.
Any idea how the "big bill" emails work? Are we supposed to contact them and give them our credit card information, so we can get a "quick refund"? I don't have the time (or cajones/huevos) to mess with them.
Anyway, how often do you check your SPAM filter?

Almost never. Not unless I'm expecting an e-mail and haven't gotten it.

@TheHorse I go through it first to see if anything is a legitimate message and the legit ones are then moved to the inbox, all the junk is then deleted.

@LeaPea2417 I think y junk gets automatically deleted after awhile. I checked my SPAM filter this morning. Nothing of interest there.

Every day. I usually have a half dozen emails in it. Some are legitimate. Have a good day.

I check my SPAM folder every day when I got check on my main email folder,

Every once in awhile. A few times I checked I have found emails from family and friends who I dont talk too often. Now that you reminded me I will do that later when I am done on here.
