Post Box Hats

I think it was @Fleura who first highlighted the little woollen hats that are appearing on top of post boxes. They have made their way to West London and the picture shows a selection that have popped up on my local post box. I rather like them and it is nice that someone, or someones, have taken the time to make up seasonal hats. Other people agree and the Valentine’s Hat is still atop the box.

I think to remember that it was Fleura who posted photos of decorated post boxes. May be also Janet in the past. I like them.

I go past the pillar box often, so I always check to see if it has changed. A nice gesture

I do that, as you can see one is for Halloween, so I've had that photo for about six months! I am glad I remembered who first posted a pillar box hat

Those are very cute and have obviously taken a lot of work. Do they ever get stolen? I guess it would be hard to know if they do or not.
