Have been going to see my husband every day since my sister-in-law has been here. I think that helps my husband's "hospital delirium" recovery.
17 days until spring.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Vegetable lasagna, carrots, succotash, pineapple, mini vanilla wafers
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin
Dinner - Pizza
What did you eat yesterday?

I'm glad you could see him every day since your sister-in-law arrived. I'm glad it's helping his hospital delirium.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know. I'm still praying for a first day of spring blizzard or at least a snowstorm. After all, it didn't do much in winter, so why not spring.
Your food looks good.
The highlight of my day was when I went out with my neighbor for fish. It was the best I've eaten anywhere, including home. I'm going to need to figure out how to make haddock that well. I had broiled haddock with a baked potato. I don't eat coleslaw or rye bread, so I gave them to my neighbor who said he would take it. They also paid for my meal to my surprise. Otherwise, I had my usual. I finally had a banana for the first time in three days. Another neighbor took me to the bank and store.

I hope you get a snowstorm...as long as it doesn't come here. I'm glad your fish was so good.

@LindaOHio Thank you. With as warm as it's been, it will probably rain instead, but we need whatever precipitation we can get.

Yes, I was so spoiled. It's hard doing everything myself.

That's good that you have, and that it seems to help him with that.

Yes, it's boring to lie in bed all day.

I stopped at a BBQ restaurant that was still halfway under construction in Vicksburg. The food was NOT under construction, it was amazing. I got a turkey sandwich, and it was big enough for dinner, too. I got some potato salad for lunch, and jalapeño potato chips for dinner. And a perfectly under-ripened banana!

Yesterday, I had beef panang, Thai dumplings, salmon (Your least favorite fish), pretzels, and an orange.
