Idaho is Like Heaven on Earth

We sure have a lot of movie stars who live here in Idaho. Up north in Sun Valley are a lot of resorts and is a fancy getaway for the stars. I see where Clint Eastwood, Sandra Bullock, and Tom Selleck all have nice places in our lovely state. Many others I am sure. I used to go up to Sun Valley with DBY and it was lovely and many places up there are really something to see. We stayed in a nice condo while there. He was a contractor and was doing a job up there and had me up for the weekend. Lived the high life for a couple of days. I remember we ate dinner at a Mexican restaurant and it was good. The drive is relatively short and there is a lot of beautiful scenery. It must be rough vacationing in such an area. This is where DBY and I stayed out in a meadow and caught fish the next morning and ate like kings. Oh, it was so delicious eating freshly caught fish and fried potatoes in this lovely meadow at just past dawn.
Heaven on Earth.

@celticeagle I love Michigan for the same reason. There are many natural lakes and waterways, waterfalls and scenery that's beautiful! This state is alive with wildlife and it's forested almost everywhere. Heading north the hills and valleys are gorgeous:)

I am so glad you have that memory and were able to enjoy life.
