Easy eats

This morning I used some pancakes I have made and stored and added a frozen sausage patty. I think I could call this my homemade version of a McGriddle.
I cooked the sausage patty between two similar sized pancakes and instead of syrup and butter I dipped the bites of it in a honey mustard dressing. I also ate a banana. It was quick and easy and I like that.
Yesterday my knees were giving me a lot of grief. One of them kept "catching" when I tried to walk. Then the other one would give me fits. I did not do as much as I had planned due to that.
Last night I took a muscle relaxer and the knees seem okay today.
It is sunny and bright, a little cooler than the last two days.
So I hope you are having a great Friday.

I like things where I do not have to think too much.

I have bits of time of pain different places but nothing like some of my friends here or even other family members. I am glad my doctor trusts me to manage these meds.

Your homemade version of Mcgriddle sounds interesting. I should try that. In the stores buying a box of those premade ones cost a fortune.

I know, I cannot bring myself to do that. You can actually doctor it up any way you choose. Could fry and egg or put cheese in it. Maybe use a different condiment.

You can keep the snow. There are fruit trees flowering here and it would be nice if they got to produce. That tricky knee is fine today.

I can certainly relate to your knee problems. Every time the weather changes mine give me grief.
Your breakfast sounds really good. I haven't had either pancakes or sausage in quite awhile. Sounds like I might enjoy this for Sunday breakfast.

I have a few issues that mostly come and go and when I am really desperate I take something. My doctor knows about this as well as another issue in my hip on the other side. Your husband should get help if he needs it.

It's difficult to do much if knees are continually giving trouble.

Your breakfast sounds good. I made us a ham and cheese omelet and some toast this morning.
My knees bother me constantly, due to arthritis.
We had a loud clap of thunder just a few minutes ago, we weren't supposed to have rain and thunderstorms until this evening. Guess the front came quicker than they predicted.
Have a blessed weekend

Arthritis can flare up from weather or over use. Either way it hurts a lot.

I'm glad your knees are better. I love pancakes. Haven't had them in years. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
