Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 30 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. Way too cold! I'm about to head off to work. This is the longest week EVER. I kept thinking yesterday was Thursday and woke up thinking today was Friday. Ugh. The students are working independently today so it promises to be a long day. I have an hour of tutoring this afternoon. Nothing particularly exciting happening today as far as I know. . . and I am fine with that. What's everyone else up to today?

I hope the day warms up for you. It sounds like a long day ahead. I hope it goes well. It's 18 here. My only plan right now is Canasta, working on my book, and hanging out here.

It’s time to go get my 90-day supply of happy pills from the mom-and-pop pharmacy. It’s only $3.50 for the pills, and it’s so much easier to get them than to deal with the VA (I can’t use the pills they have because they’re from a different manufacturer and have different inactive ingredients that my stomach doesn’t like). I posted something for you to nope (or hopefully “slope,” assuming you’ve heard of Bobby Darin), and I have to stop and get some dry cat food, too.

It might just be that the calendar said it is supposed to be spring but we're not feeling it yet, and the winter doldrums are just working their magic.

It's going to warm up here next week. Looking forward to that. Got to finally talk with my husband last night. I was worried about him. He is doing OK. Have a great weekend.
