It was a fun day today

The kids had their Easter celebrations at various times of the day.
Usually late in the afternoon, because you do not want to get them all sugared up and then try to teach them anything.
The class I sat in on, 5th grade, snuck math into the mix for the party, though. They got to call out number coordinates and then graph them on a table mat that had a grid and number line. They used jelly beans for their markers. Then, if they chose, they ate them.
Sneaky teachers!!
Early in the day, to tie in with their science unit, they watched a time lapse video of a peach rotting on Youtube. Yum!!
Do you ever wish you were in elementary school again?

I'm studying bachelor's degree in college online right now. It's a quiet and relaxing day for me because it's Holy Week that i didn't find any good TV channels and radio stations i like . Enjoy your fun day!

There seems to be a lot more fun - sometimes - in the classroom nowadays. However, I did enjoy my schooldays, probably because I didn't have a lot of trouble with the work. I did hate sports though as I was useless at them.

Sounds like a fun day indeed. Only parts of elementary school would I like to revisit.
