Two, two and a half hours...

Something like that spent sweeping up my patio. It's not as easy as one would think when there's a rapidly deteriroating woven plastic "carpet" on said patio. Then factor in the fierce winds that blew leaves under it all autumn. I could move the chairs off it but not the glass-top table. If it was just bare concrete, I could have dragged the table off the patio where I wanted to sweep but I'm sure the mat would shred if I dragged the table across.
The sun was out for a bit when I started all this but the clouds came again and it cooled down to 6°C/43°F, so I said to myself, "That's good enough for now." And yes, my back hurts and I'm tired. Think I'll lie down with a good book now.

No rain in today's forecast but the rest of the week doesn't look so good, even maybe more sn*w by mid-week.
Happy Easter.

@LadyDuck Sahara dust? Really? That's a long way for it to blow.

@BarBaraPrz Happy Easter to you too.
We even had Sahara dust with the rain, my windows look horrible upstairs, I did not close the shutters fast enough.
More cleaning soon.

But I can't afford to hire someone to do it for me, plus they'd never do as good a job as I could

@BarBaraPrz I wasn't implying you should. I was just saying it's physically demanding. It's wonderful you can do it. Just be sure to pace yourself.

Your temperature was similar to ours. Grey and rainy again today.
Soon I’ll need to think about raking the lawn.
On a positive note, our first crocus is blooming.

I have snowdrops, daffs and a few other things blooming but the tulips and hyacinths are taking their time.

Yes, those plastic lawn chairs are ubiquitous but they were free, as was the table.

I think you deserve it. Removing leaves here is weird.you do it one day, and the next day it looks the same. A heavy breeze will do that

Especially when there's a mild autumn and the leaves don't all fall in a week but hand on well into December.
