How do you make yourself better?

I usually walk or hike in the mountains if I feel blue. It is best to breathe fresh air and vent out things that bother me close to the nature. I did this later in the afternoon. I am feeling stressed out with my teaching stunts lately. I just do not feel working. After doing this activity, I felt more energetic to keep on going in my life.
What can you do to better yourself?

Self love is important. When I feel stressed out, I listen to some relaxing music, playing musical instrument or go out for a walk.

That's a good way for your to de-stress.
Usually I try to listen to music to take away my stress or I like to take a drive through the country side here.

I often go to the bus stop and watch the people passing by. Or go to shopping centers, fairs, exhibitions... places with crowds of people. I will feel better mood :)

I better myself by discovering something new like knowledge. To feel better I like being outdoors and doing active things like sports or just taking a walk.

I like going outside and near our home is a commercial area with shopping malls and commercial spaces. I go there for lots of street foods to choose from. It's my way to feel good

I used to go for a ride on my horse. That always made me feel better. Now, I'd probably go for a walk or try to lose myself in a book.

@Shavkat I walk 5-7 kms everyday.Back home;I do yoga and breathing exercises regularly.To improve myself I learn new things.These days I'm learning Sanskrit;our rich classical language.
