What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I'm having a boneless skinless chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and a mix of fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives) that is pan-seared and then roasted in the oven. To go with it I am having jasmine rice and a bag of steamed spring vegetables. Nothing fancy but it will be good for sure. I'll only be able to eat half of it so I'll take the other half to work tomorrow for lunch.

Your food sounds delish, and light and springy. I feel my supper was kind of heavy. Taco tots or whatever you would call them. Tater tots with taco meat, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and cheese.

We had Rock Cornish game hens, stuffing, mashed potatoes and green beans. My son hasn’t been very hungry lately. He saw the little hens in the freezer and asked if we could have them tonight. There is enough leftover for him to have several meals so I will freeze some of it for him.

That meal surely sounds nice, I don't like cooking in the evening, I prefer to relax and rather unwind.
