We Had a Beautiful Day, Sunday

After we went to church on Sunday, Jay wanted to take me out for dinner. Two weeks in a row? Yes, and it was a very nice Chinese buffet.
We loaded our plates and enjoyed every single bite! Neither one of us had room for second helpings or dessert. The food at the Great Wall is wonderful!
Our ride home was pleasant, it seemed nice because we weren't in a hurry.
Usually, we eat our largest meal in the evening. On Sundays, we have our dinner around 2:00-3:00P in the afternoon. My parents always did this, on Sunday.
Jay can get by with two meals a day. As a diabetic, this doesn't work for me. I need to include a couple snacks, throughout the day. My glucose level is always good when I check it.

On the Chinese buffet, they have many different type of meat and fish. Also, there's a variety of vegetables to pick from. This way, I don't have to overdo it, with carbs.

The food at the Great Wall is really good! The cook is also the owner, he moved to Michigan from China about twenty years ago.
