After the eclipse

It was very overcast all day yesterday, then the moon got in the way of the sun (what little shone through), it got dark for a couple minutes, then pitch black for another minute, gradually lightening up before we were back to the overcast sky. But wait! Not five minutes later the sun broke through the clouds and it was sunny for the rest of the evening. Now, the day after, it's bright and sunny but a thunderstorm is forecast, with the temperature rising to 21°C/70°F!

I don't think I would like it to get pitch black suddenly, imagine what ancient people would have thought not knowing what we do ..... or did they? ..... Soooo, it'll be like a spring day?

The ancient were told that it was the punishment of God... religion and politicians always cheated people to make them feel guilty. This is why they prefer ignorant people.

The day after he eclipse was gorgeous here too about 70°F and sunny. My little one was sick though .

It must have been scary for the very early people for the day to go suddenly dark. They were have read all sorts of dire things into it.

I watched the eclipse on the Weather Channel. I didn't have any special glasses anyway. It was really warm here yesterday. Should be nice again today except with rain. Have a good day.

I am glad you saw the eclipse. I thought about watching it on TV but changed my mind. I was experiencing anxiety i would look up at the sun by accident it was really warm here yesterday, too. My sister went out to lunch at Chik Fil A since she went to her office yesterday and parked as far as possible from the door since she wanted to enjoy the weather! Today I think it gets cooler. we get rain and then on Thursday and Friday, we have thunderstorms, heavy rain, and high winds Have a super day!
