Good Morning 4/15

I watched a great concert last night Billy Joel's 100th at Madison Square Garden. He did all of his hits which I love. I saw him live in the 80's. The show last night was a great show. He can still really sing. Sting was a special guest singing one of Joel's songs..and his voice is fantastic too as good or better than Joel's. Both he and Joel held notes for a very long time easily over 30 or 45 seconds. I really wish I had recorded this. Hopefully they will replay it sometime and I will. The part with Sting was my favorite. What did you watch last night?

Oh he's aged, but voice is still great. He told the crowd he was a bit worried about the high notes. He hit them..but I think they may have been dropped a bit not like a whole octave but just a note down from before.

@snowy22315 I used to arrange hymns for a small group and I always chose a key which wasn't too high for the congregation.

Was it on PBS? They often will replay the concerts. I had recorded 2 or 3 BeeGees concerts that way. No, I didn't watch it. Have a good day.

No, CBS. If they are looking for programming, I think they will replay it. I think it was probably watched by many

I watched it as well, and truly enjoyed it. I saw him in concert years ago, but the television concert was great!

Brought back some good memories of listening to Sting with my sister. She listened to them a lot.

I was reading and watching Bible studies. I saw Billy Joel in the 80s, too. You’re right, he puts on a fabulous show. He can still sing well.
