Hubby got a book at the thrift shop

The book cost 31 cents, with tax. He has finished it already and has promised it to a friend next Sunday, I may sneak off and read it first. I saw an awesome crochet pattern online last week and saved it. I hope to get on with that as well. It is made with granny squares, but it is a sweater. I wear sweaters a lot to school. My summer plans are shaping up, and it seems to be slipping away. There are phone calls I need to make, but could not today. This was a holiday and businesses were closed. I have washed up all the laundry, and set myself up a new shoe rack. I am working in the sewing room, and in the pantry. I always seem to have work to do. I need to go read, or crochet, or garden. If the treatments really help hubby, we will be taking a vacation in about a month. We will see our daughter and grands and then go on to Michigan for a class reunion for Bob, for a school he did not graduate from. Daughter has invited the cats to come visit while we go on to Michigan. Before that happens, I will have three weeks of summer school. It will be good. I will let you guys know about the book when I do read it.
