It hit 98 F here in pleasant Hill yesterday. I didn't make it to the pool, due to my schedule. But I may try to go this morning, before heading off to Guitar Center.
I just got a pair of speakers in to work on. They are Acoustic Research AR-3as, from 1969 or so. They are worth over $1000 on eBay right now. The pair I got is in sorry shape, but you know that is what I enjoy. They will look purdy when I am done with them.
OK, it's 86 F at 11 AM. I just did a bit of sanding (to "break the seal") and will think about the pool now.
Is it hot where you live?

Oh 100 C must have been pretty testing for you !
Here, it has dropped from 45-46 C to 43 to 44.
Some rains are expected in a few days but the quantum is unknown.
Stay cool with light wear, diet and plenty of water.

Today it's well into the 80s in our part of Michigan. Yes, I consider it pretty warm! As a teenager I had a record player with two speakers. It was pretty old, probably a late 50s model. The speakers were small, wooden boxes that sat on each side of the record player. My friends would giggle, when they spotted this old fashioned relic! Yet, it worked really good, I loved it!

@TheHorse We had a small television that was full of tubes. I'd look in through the side vents, trying to see those people who were walking around inside! lol

According to my computer, it's 16 celcius (which is about 60 F). It feels a little colder as it's cloudy but it's OK.

@TheHorse Nice, we have a tiny pool. Little kiddie pool we give the dogs baths in. I think I will rolling around in that myself.

It must be pretty hot for your standard. Pool is a good idea on such hot days. Take all care to stay hydrated.
What is purdy? This is the first time I hear this word.
It's very pleasant here. It's 28 degree at present. Yes, we hit our record high temperatures in April and beginning of May. But after that it's been pleasant mostly.
Other parts of India are suffering heat waves and extreme temperatures. Some bit of rain has helped but that's not enough.

It is 81 F right here, 12:16 p.m. Flint Hills of Kansas. I have been "at work" doing summer school and transportation for summer school. I need to mow the lawn daily, so I will do that. Just for a half hour or so.

It's in the mid 80's right now. It was around 88 while George and I were out today, but we had a nice refreshing breeze despite the heat. Plus there was shade outside.

Summer is coming in with our usual hot tropical weather, The sun heats the day so if you have to go out it is best to go very early and get home by 11 AM stay in for the afternoon and then possible go out in the late evening if you must, Of course, I will try to get to the beach only three blocks to go and throw myself into the waves at least a couple of times this summer,

I guess maybe about 83. It has been overcast all day with storms threatening, but it just slit rain a few times..no big deal 100 is just too hot!

It has been raining pretty heavy at times here today. A downpour hit right when I was about to load groceries in to the car. Luckily I had my umbrella or I would have been soaked to the skin.
