26 TV Shows you should watch #2

I had planned on being further into this series by now, but like my life always is- I have been too busy for that. So here we are, a week later getting to the second of 26 TV shows that I think you should watch. B is for Boy Meets World. I mean is there any other show that starts with a B that is more deserving of the second place on this list? I will go ahead and warn you now (and will probably tell you multiple times throughout this series, that it is going to be glaringly obvious that I was a 90s kid. Boy Meets World is the first "teen drama" that I ever remember really being into. It followed Cory, Topanga and Shawn as they tried to make sense of hormones, middle school and relationships. The show continued to follow them through highschool and later into college. It introduced several other characters in the seven years it was on, and while they weren't always a super serious TV show it did deal with a lot of more serious issues. Shawn came from a broken home, where his mother was gone and his father was a trucker. Topanga's parents pressured her to always get As and wanted her to go to the best of the best schools. There was heartache, and eating disorders and running away from home and all kinds of other stuff. The show was so good, that I have rewatched the whole series a few more times since it has been off the air. There was also a spin off show that was aptly named Girl Meets World that followed Cory and Topanga's daughter Riley as she faced the same struggles as her parents had decades before. I would say that BMW is a good show for preteens and up. We have an eleven year old and I would totally allow her to watch it now. But anyway. There's the second entry into the series.
