WOMEN MAKE BEST LEADERS

For a long time a woman was sidelined in leadership positions. 80 – 95 % of leadership roles were held by men. In fact until lately, some societies didn’t allow women to pursue higher education. Once a girl reached reproductive age, she would be married off and left to stay at home looking after children. However, times have changed and so has the mentality about women sharing leadership roles with men. Hundreds of Universities, Schools, Hospitals and even Governments are doing well under leadership of women. Notable African countries that have benefited from leadership of women include Tanzania and Liberia. Kamala Harris is also showing exemplary leadership by helping Biden run the world’s most powerful nation. I therefore strongly believe women can make really good leaders.

@SIDIKIMPOLE The downfall of the USA is what would happen with her having more power. She is clueless and didn't even show up at the border, yet was supposed to be in charge of the problem at the Mexican border. Can we say scared? Clueless?

I like your opinion. On the contrary i think maybe she is not being given enough power to empower. Otherwise women are generally good leaders.

@kareng Ow, really, I didn't know that. But we hope to get more women in leadership positions not just in the US but across the globe

Things happen very slowly for women. I am happy to see women taking a stand and being more outspoken than they could have been in past decades. I'm sorry to see some people seeing Biden and Harris as a joke and that he is ruining America. If they vote for Trump the entire world will be in trouble. Trump is a liar and a cheat who cares about no one, including Americans, but himself. Harris is showing a lot of greatness in how she stands by Biden and helps him. I wish that it was easier for women but I doubt it ever will be. It is a slow and arduous path. Thank you for the kind things you have said here. I hope that women continue to strive forward and do good for both themselves and the world.

Yes, although most girls in our country now receive higher education, it will take some time for development, as female leaders are still a minority

True, but I know of China as a country that promotes women empowerment. I hope you are fine, and thank you for your comment.

@SIDIKIMPOLE Yes, gender equality is advocated here. Women have a relatively high status in the family, which is caused by the overall social environment. There are also many successful female entrepreneurs here
