A soft cake

I made three egg cakes with eggs and flour, a little salt and corn oil. The picture is my achievement.It's raining and thundering outside now.

Your cakes look similar to crêpes, I use milk and not corn oil.

@zhangxueying I do not make pancakes, but I make French crêpes, I like a lot more than pancakes.

Nice job. Is this your 1st time making them? We had ‘Pancake Day’ back in March. They are bland on their own, so I like to add a drizzle of Maple syrup over them. Expensive but nice.
