It's the little things.

George's progress has been a slow road. In the last month I've seen the most marked improvment. He's started to brush his teeth, he's occassionally getting his night shirt on before he goes to bed. Without a fight, and a few hours before he's ready to crash. He occassionally asks for food. Even if I have to drop it in his lap to eat it. He eats it. The majority comes from his tube, but he's also been asking me for milk. He doesn't drink a lot, but it's still something.
I'm hoping he'll start working on it a bit more. But, it has to be done at his own pace.

As the damage from the stroke heals he will be doing more for him self. I know each step feels like a huge improvement.
