Had a doctor's appointment yesterday at my PCP (Primary Care Physician). It was mostly for my medication renewals; and we did talk about my UTI. My husband's second cousin (our housekeeper's mother), took me. To thank her I treated her to dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. I like to do this every so often for her and her daughter for all the things they do for me.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Longhorn Steakhouse - Bread, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, strawberry salad, Brussels sprouts
Dessert/Snack - Longhorn Steakhouse Chocolate Stampede Cake and ice cream
Dinner - None
What did you eat yesterday?

Treating to dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse is a nice and I'm sure you enjoyed being out as much as they did.
Last night we had pasta with fried eggplant cutlets

Except for the heat, it was nice to go to a restaurant.

Yestedday I had rice as a side and I served a delicious steak with it. Today I´ll get out part of the frozen chicken and will also make a salad.

Made a egg spread which was a bit too runny for my liking but it does taste well so I can't complain.

Ooh, that sounds good!
Chicken taco salad for lunch, chicken & dumplings and yogurt and apples for dinner.

@LindaOHio — it was one of those Hormel instant meal thingies, but it did hit the spot. Not too “heavy,” which is really important on hot days like this.

Isn't it so funny how we so often use abbreviations only to write out the whole words anyway? lol.
For dinner I made braised pork steaks (something I actually have not made in a while, go figure) with some macaroni and cheese and a salad on the side. Good eats as per the usual.

Your dinner sounds good. I wrote out PCP because some people don't know what it stands for. I have been criticized in the past for not explaining the abbreviations.

@LindaOHio Well, yes. But what I mean is that almost anywhere where abbreviations are used, they are spelled out anyway. Which always begs the question for me, what's the point of abbreviating if we have to spell them out anyway? lol
Read any article and they almost always spell out the abbreviations.

you have monitored medications like I do. it's a pain to have to get checked every month in order to get them refilled.
