It turned out to be more like pulled pork. It was very nice but we probably won't do it again. It didn't really match up to a traditional roast pork.

I do love the smell of a pot roast cooking, it is a lovely scent and for me very nostalgic as I can remember visiting Sundays and that smell coming from my gramma's kitchen. It is great that Vince is cooking again, that is a very good sign.
